Temple University’s TUportal account access satisfies the requirements for an electronic signature and serves as the preferred method for identity verification. By signing into TUportal, you will have authenticated your identity which allows our staff fulfill your service request while ensuring your privacy.

1. Using your TUportal login, sign into the Contact Us app to submit your inquiry.
   • Don't have an active TUportal account? Former students and alumni can activate it through the identity validation process.
2. Complete the required information.
3. Click the Submit button.
4. You will receive a confirmation upon submission.

Office of the University Registrar (“OUR”) adheres to high standards to safeguard student records governed under applicable privacy laws, including the Family Education Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 (“FERPA”) (also known as “the Buckley Amendment”). FERPA is a federal law that protects the privacy of, and access to, student education records.

2. Navigate to the Home Tab.
3. Scroll down to the TUhelp channel in the center column.
4. Click Submit a Ticket.
