Temple University does not issue printed grade mailers. During the grading period each semester, grades entered by faculty for undergraduate and graduate students are collected and updated daily by 5:00 a.m. (ET), at which point students may view these grades through Self-Service Banner. Professional schools may update grades on a different schedule. The deadline for posting grades is typically 72 hours after the final exam or final class meeting for the Part of Term in which the course is scheduled. If you have questions concerning your grade(s) you should contact the instructor or the department offering the course.
Grades not entered by the deadline are converted to MG ("Missing Grade" for undergraduate and graduate students) or NR ("Not Recorded" for professional school students) and updated to academic history, at which point they must be changed by the instructor through a Change of Grade request.
Former students must request an official transcript in order to view their grades.
